When do you use this toner? 

After cleansing your face thoroughly with a cleanser, pat dry, and continue to use the toner on your face.

How to use toner on the face? 

Cleanse your face with a mild cleanser. Pat dry with a microfibre towel. Take a small amount of the toner on a cotton pad and gently use it to wipe your face and neck, avoiding the areas around eyes. Use face cream with SPF ideally post applying the toner.
