I am extremely disappointed with the service from Tru Hair & Skin. My order was supposed to be delivered by Sunday, but today is Tuesday, and I still haven’t received my package. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the customer support team has been completely unresponsive, and the delivery executive is not answering my calls either. There has been no update, no communication, and no resolution. I can’t even talk to a live agent.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers have already paid for their orders. I request Tru Hair & Skin to look into this issue immediately, provide an update on my shipment, and ensure my package is delivered without any further delay.

Actually they are not showing single star reviews so I mocked the review. So if you planned to spend money on this soap don't go to spend. This is 100% scam. One month before I ordered two soaps and what I got is a soap and a sunscreen. But I tried to use the soap. Soap last only for 15 days. And the blue part is kojic serum they told that feels ok but it got finished after 10 days after 10 days you will be left with a disgusting coconut hair soap in a same glycerine used in cheap soap and I thrown away the soap. So this is 100% scam don't buy this soap. Don't believe influencer marketing those guys are bastards who works for money. So save money and spend on useful things.

I bought it one month before seriously it costs so high actually I ordered two soap but what came is like one soap that is small and one random sunscreen. But I tried soap literally they used cheap glycerine and normal coconut hair in the soap. That is not good at all and kojic serum it worked but for only 15 days after that all blue layer gone and only left with the disgusting hairy yellow side that is truly nothing with same normal glycerine. So I threw it away and seriously these all influencer in Instagram are making fake marketing. If you are reading this before buying I am 100% saying this not the right product to spend money this is absolute scam.
